Nous sommes Patrick et Michaelle POTHIN (Mari et Femme), originaires de l’Est de l’ïle de la Réunion où se trouvent les plus beaux bassins et sources.

Tout a commencé pendant le confinement lorsque Michaelle m’a offert un petit kit de brassage de bière.

On s’est alors amusé à brasser dans une grande marmite sans être vraiment convaincu du résultat.

S’en est suivi une longue attente de plusieurs semaines.

Lorsqu’on a dégusté notre première bière faite maison, on l’a trouvé tellement bonne qu’on s’est dit qu’on ne pourrait plus apprécier les bières industrielles.

Et quoi de mieux que de brasser notre propre bière !

PATAKA est un jeu de mots entre PAtrick TAkamaka et miKA (diminutif de Michaelle)
